We are limiting the footfall into the health centre in order to protect both our staff and patients. We are offering telephone triage daily and the doctor will determine when, how and where you will be treated. Please ring before 10.30am.

If you require urgent GP assistance outside of normal surgery hours please call 028 91 822 344. The doctors are based at Ards Hospital and cover:

  • 08.30 - 1800 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
  • 13:00 - 18.00 Thursdays are covered by emergency line on  07526084793
  • Lunchtime closure - 1.00 -2.00
  • Bank holidays are also covered by the out of hours GP service - 028 91 822344

All calls to doctors are recorded – this is not a walk-in service.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
