Flu vaccines are still available at the practice for those aged 65 and over and anyone in a risk group until the end of March.
Those eligible are:
anyone with an underlying health condition such as chronic respiratory, heart, liver, kidney, neurological disease; Diabetes; asplenia; BMI>40; immunosuppressed along with their household members; severe mental illness; pregnant ladies at any stage of pregnancy; or if you are an adult carer
Pre-school children (will be called via letter to arrange an appointment)
Accompanied frail elderly patients will be able to have their vaccines administered in the carpark.
All primary and secondary school children up to Year 12 will be offered a nasal vaccine in school.
We will commence the covid vaccination booster programme in November.
