Appointments

ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE AND CAN BE BOOKED UP TO 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE.

The medical team triage all requests FOR A SAME DAY CONSULTATION in order of medical priority. If your request is not dealt with, you will be required to ring the following working day if your problem persists. If your condition deteriorates, please ring again.

Our doctors will now be following BMA guidance and working within safe limits. Once the lists have reached capacity, further requests for consultations cannot be added

If you feel that you need medical advice, please give details of your symptoms to our receptionist.

Our reception staff will take details of the nature of your problem and contact details. These questions help the doctor to ensure you receive:

* the most appropriate medical care

* from the most appropriate health professional

* at the most appropriate time

Our medical team will then prioritise requests for same day consultations in order of medical urgency.  If you do not receive a callback, please ring again the following working day. If your condition is deteriorating, please ring us again.
