Should you wish to register for online services please speak to a member of staff. You will need proof of identity and a valid email address. We can register your interest in the service and an email will be sent to you with information on how to register for Patient Services. Should you have any difficulty with the online services website, please use the help button as this is an outsourced service and practice staff are unable to acces it. 

You may select a preferred pharmacy and they will collect your prescription from us.

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
